Water mat classes are in the pool on the inflatable boards. Classes will include strength and fitness components as well as yoga and fun games. Fitness on the water enhances balance and improves core strength while exercising in a unique and fun environment.

This class is an introduction to the sport of jump rope. We will work on single rope, double dutch, long rope, and other skills. Please wear athletic shoes and bring a water bottle! Upon completion of this class, participants will be invited to try out for the Levitate Jump Rope Team.

This class offers a variety of materials and activities giving children an opportunity to assert some of their budding independence by making choices based on their interests. Inherent in this setting is the opportunity to develop and practice good social skills in a nurturing environment. Group time for stories, singing and dancing enhance the fun and learning! This high-energy yoga class introduces children, ages 3-7, and parents, of any age, to mindfulness, meditation, and yoga postures, and is based in fun and dramatic play. Enjoy music, games, themes, and stories while practicing bodily awareness and breathing techniques. It is quality bonding time and stress-relief for the whole family! Please bring yoga mats or towels and a water bottle. No yoga experience required. Both adult and child(ren) must register in advance.

Children will learn the fundamentals of yoga postures, mindfulness, and meditation through fun! Each class will include journaling, games, music, movement, art, breathing, and meditation. Children will learn about their bodies and emotions while practicing peace and kindness - skills that can be transported off the mat and used in everyday life. It is both high-energy and calm, and total stress-relief! Please bring a water bottle and yoga mat.

Haley Shapiro developed her program of Music, Mindfulness, and Movement for Kids after completing her Masters at Teachers College, Columbia University and 200-hour yoga teacher training at The Hidden Yoga Studio. Based in Louisville, CO, she is a fulltime teacher of piano lessons and yoga classes.

Introduce your child to the sport of self-discipline and concentration. This class promotes coordination, self-esteem, and increased attention in the young child.
