This class fits the athlete playing sports, such as hockey, basketball, soccer, football, volleyball, racket sports, and baseball. Water mat classes are in the pool on the inflatable boards. Classes will include strength and fitness components as well as yoga and fun games. Fitness on the water enhances balance and improves core strength while exercising in a unique and fun environment.

This class is an introduction to the sport of jump rope. We will work on single rope, double dutch, long rope, and other skills. Please wear athletic shoes and bring a water bottle! Each participant will receive a new jump rope. Upon completion of this class, participants will be invited to try out for the Levitate Jump Rope Team.

Build existing skills and grow your jumping style in this intermediate to advanced group of jumpers. There will be a focus on learning new skills, fitness, performances, and competition. There will be opportunities for travel to competitions and workshops. Jumpers must have successfully completed the Levitate Jump Rope Team - Beginner Club and received an invitation to join or have previously participated in a jump rope team. There is something magical about fairy houses and we want to bring some magic to Louisville! Create your own fairy house at home, either individually, as a group, or as a family, and share it with the community October 1st-8th. Place your fairy house by a tree of your choice on the trail around the arboretum (one tree per family/group please) at the Louisville Arboretum by 8am, Sunday, October 1. We will invite the community to enjoy a walk around the arboretum through the weekend to enjoy the houses. Please pick up your house by Monday, October 9. This event is free, but please register in advance.

Building Blocks and Stepping Stones are fun, nurturing classes for 3-5 year olds to play, learn, grow and socialize at their own pace. The part-day preschool programs (classes are half-day and meet on M,W,F) are designed to meet the academic, social and physical needs of youngsters by providing a stimulating, safe and healthy environment.

Lessons are fostered through play at this young age to develop a love of learning. Small classes promote social, emotional, fine and gross motor, cognitive and language development. The positive atmosphere increases self-esteem, creativity, risk taking and problem solving abilities and encourages the development of new ideas and new friends.

Your child will have access to both indoor and outdoor facilities of the Louisville Recreation Center of the newly expanded center to include new youth classrooms and learning spaces. Our teachers have backgrounds in education and experience working n a preschool classroom setting. They are educated professionals who provide a well supervised and stimulating learning environment for your children in a state licensed program.

Building Blocks:
This enrollment fee holds your child's spot until the deposit is due in April. You will receive an invoice in advance of the deposit due date. Enrollment and deposit is non-refundable/non-creditable after paid.

Stepping Stones: All 4 year olds by 10/1/23 are eligible for 10-15 hours of weekly preschool through the State of Colorado's Universal Preschool Program. Please see our preschool webpage for more information.
