Running H2O provides all of the benefits of land running without any impact or even getting your hair wet. You don’t have to be a runner, swimmer, or athlete to participate. This class is held in the deep end of the program pool and aqua-jogging belts are provided for flotation. All you need is your swim suit and water bottle! Running H20 is coached by Mary Ritter, Owner of Body Transformations, Certified Running H20 Instructor, USAT Coach and CPT/CES/PES/SSI

Build great memories and safe habits in the water with your child! The goal of this class is to teach the parent or adult how to safely be in the water with your child and begin teaching the very basic fundamentals of water safety: safe entry and exit, simple submersion, buoyancy and horizontal movement. The goal of this class is to have fun, learn basic water safety, and teach parents and families how to have fun in the pool together safely while building positive associations with the water.

Ages 2-3.

Pre-Requisite: Participant needs to be able to follow simple directions. Come prepared to be in water with child, goal is to have child move away from having a parent in the water.
Class Goals: Being in a class setting and going underwater independently Pre-K focused. Child ready to move to pollywog on turning 3 and being able to go in the water and participate without a parent.
