This fun-filled course is designed to introduce your child to the basic rules of the sports and exercise, including specialized skills necessary for the game time. We'll develop your child's athletic and social skills in our four-week sessions. Instructors: Lindsey Witty and Jesse DeGraw.

Your child will learn about the game while they develop or
improve the skills they already have for future success.
Participants will learn the fundamentals of dribbling, passing,
shooting, rebounding, defense, and court awareness. Success

Girl Strong Movement Class (PK-K)
Specifically designed for girls in pre-kindergarten and kindergarten, participants will focus on large body movements, balance, coordination, and other skills necessary for sports play in a fun, nurturing, and confidence-building environment. Special attention will also be made to turn-taking, being a good sport, and playing fair. Due to the age of participants, a parent/guardian is required to remain on-site during class. Our signature Explore Sports Program (previously Multi-Sport Classes) is a great way to expose and introduce girls to a variety of sports. Participants have the opportunity to learn a new sport every two weeks in a FUN, nurturing, and positive environment! Special attention will also be made to teamwork, good sportsmanship, and building confidence. To participate in the full program, you will need to add all session options listed. Join Game On! for our annual Veterans' Day Off School Camp! Girls in grades K-5th are invited to join us for a day of sports play, fitness, special guests, a project benefiting veterans, and more!

Tennis drills are intended for advanced beginner and intermediate
tennis players to improve consistency through technique instructions
and drill repetitions. Drills will cover a mixture of basic

Private lessons are perfect for first-time players as well as those trying to improve on their current skills. The instructor will create a customized lesson plan tailored to your tennis ability, fitness level, and goals. Each lesson will utilize various drills, hitting practice, movement exercises, and games to take your tennis to where you want it to be. You’ll be amazed at how quickly your game improves once you receive the one-on-one attention that your game deserves. Lessons are 1-hour long and the fee is for one lesson.
