SoccerTots is our flagship program! Our classes focus on developing motor skills and self-confidence while also learning balance, dribbling, foot-eye coordination, and running control. We also introduce an element of light competition.

All SuperTots programs are progression-based with a goal of having participants "graduate" to the next level as they grow. Our curriculum is designed to provide age-appropriate challenges and skill development at each offering level.

1stDownTots is a development program for kids ages 3 through 5 years old that uses a variety of fun games to engage kids while teaching the sport of football and developing fundamental skills. The goal is to build fitness, muscle coordination, football fundamentals and create a love of the game. We do not do any tackling or blocking at this level.

A great way to learn the signature sport of summer! One of the more difficult motor skills to grasp for children, these forgiving classes help them learn to bump, set, and spike, as well as develop agility, reaction, speed, and teamwork.

Beginner Skills & Drills – This class is a good follow-up to a "Learn to Play Class" Players should know how to score. This clinic will help those who are struggling with some consistency and need more coaching on technique and strategy. The first hour will be drills followed by an additional half-hour of coached gameplay.

This fun-filled course is designed to introduce your child to the basic rules of the sports and exercise, including specialized skills necessary for the game time. We'll develop your child's athletic and social skills in our four-week sessions. Instructors: Lindsey Witty and Jesse DeGraw.

Tennis drills are intended for advanced beginner and intermediate

and drill repetitions. Drills will cover a mixture of basic
